Carriers: UPS, Federal Express, Federal Express Ground, Federal Express Freight, USPS
Split Shipments: $7.50 (Z) per address and shipping method. Offset orders are limited to case quantity only.
Third Party Billing: $2 (Z) per box. Over 100 boxes $1 (Z)
COD Shipments: Not available
U.S.P.S. Shipments: $5(Z) per box plus actual freight cost.
Freight Quotes: These are for estimating purposes only.
Carriers Address Corrections: These will be billed at cost and is distributors responsibility.
International Shipments: The distributor / end-user is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees on international shipments. Freight quotes will not be provided, and must ship on 3rd party account numbers.
In Hands Dates: If there is an “event date” or “in hands date” listed, without specific or contradicting shipping information, factory reserves the right to ship via an expedited method to meet the event date.
Claims: They must be filed within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging.
