New orders: Require a Set-Up charge, per item, per color, per panel.

other than theirs will incur new Set-Up charges unless they supply a
written release from the original distributorship.
Re-Orders:Do not require Set-Up charges, as long as the order is an exact reorder,
and the date of the last purchase order referenced is within 1 year, and is from the
original distributorship. If the referenced order was placed over 1 year ago, there
will be a Re-Order Set-Up charge, per item, per color, per panel. Re-Order Set ups are as
follows: Screen Print $15(V), Pad Print $15(V), 4-Color Process $15(V),
Hot Stamp $30(V), Deboss $30(V), Emboss $40(V), Offset Print $20(V)
